As most of you will know, I am a huge fan of Taiwanese pop star Jay Chou aka 周杰倫. Recently while in Taiwan, I found out that Jay Chou 周杰倫 did a music video with Kobe Bryant from the Los Angeles Lakers! I couldn’t believe it when I first saw this music video in the KTV room in Taipei.
Jay Chou 周杰倫 is finally getting the respect and recognition he has deserved for many years! I am very proud to be his fan and to be able to have the platform such as ThinkTaiwan to promote his work which not only include his wonderful music but his brilliant movies too!
I am hoping that in the near future Jay Chou 周杰倫 will have the chance to be in a movie where he depicts an actual Taiwanese character so that he can further promote his Homeland of Taiwan. I feel after his breakout in The Green Hornet and now in this music video with Kobe Bryant that he will become more famous in the near future than Jackie Chan or Jet Li.

It shows off Jay Chou’s awesome basketball moves as well as his humorous and soft side (see the ending). So far this is my favorite Jay Chou 周杰倫 music video! I can’t wait to see what he has up his sleeve next!
